Endolift facelift

Endolift is a minimally invasive laser treatment designed for skin tightening, fat reduction, and facial contouring. It is particularly used to target sagging skin and localized fat deposits on the face, neck, and sometimes the body. The procedure utilizes a special type of laser called an ND laser, delivered via micro-optical fibers that are inserted under the skin.

1. How Does It Work?

A very thin fiber (about the size of a hair) is inserted beneath the skin into the subcutaneous tissue. The laser energy heats the targeted area, stimulating collagen production and shrinking fat cells. The heat also causes the skin to contract, providing an immediate lifting and tightening effect.

2. What’s common treatment areas?
  • Face: Jawline, chin, under-eye bags, and nasolabial folds.

  • Neck: Tightening loose skin or reducing a double chin.

  • Body: In some cases, it is used to treat small fat deposits in areas like the abdomen, thighs, and arm.

3. What are the key features of endolift?
  • Skin Tightening: Stimulates collagen production, improving skin elasticity and firmness.

  • Fat Reduction: Targets and melts small fat deposits, which are then naturally absorbed by the body.

  • Non-Surgical: Performed without the need for incisions or anesthesia, making it an outpatient procedure.

  • Minimal Downtime: Recovery time is typically short, with minimal side effects such as mild swelling or redness.

4. Who is a good candidate?

Endolift is ideal for individuals with mild to moderate skin laxity or small fat deposits who want to avoid surgery. It is suitable for those looking for a non-invasive solution to enhance their facial contours and tighten sagging skin.

5. For optimal results from the treatment from Endolift, how many sessions are recommended?

For optimal results from Endolift, typically only one session is required. However, depending on the individual's skin condition, desired outcomes, and the areas being treated, additional sessions might be recommended after 6 to 12 months. In many cases, the results from a single Endolift session can last up to 1 to 2 years, and maintenance treatments may be scheduled based on how the skin responds and the patient's preferences.

6. What is the downtime of endolift?

Typical Post-Treatment Recovery:

  • Immediate effects: Some mild swelling, redness, or bruising in the treated areas is common. These symptoms usually subside within a few hours to a few days.

  • Slight discomfort: There may be mild discomfort or tenderness, but it’s generally well-tolerated and doesn’t require significant downtime.

  • Back to normal activities: Most patients are able to return to work and their daily routines immediately or within 1-2 days after the procedure.

  • While there’s no formal “downtime,” the skin continues to tighten and improve in the weeks and months following the treatment as collagen production is stimulated. Results are often visible immediately, but they continue to improve over time.
